[rules-dev] Spring configuration in Guvnor

I was thinking about the possibility to create and maintain spring's context files inside Guvnor. The initial plan would be to add a text editor with basic validation and then we could move to a more user-friendly editor. These files will be stored inside the packages (like regular assets) and will be exposed through an URL. What do you think?
