I suggest it to the EG. Currently it is hosted on Google Sites as a stopgap solution. We are looking at the possibility of hosting it on a platform based on Java EE. We don't necessarily want to be in the business of creating our own software (same argument why JBoss.org uses magnolia/clearspace), but it would be nice to at least use an OSS off-the-shelf solution (i.e., Joomla for Java EE).
