[seam-dev] the status of JBSEAM-3519 Excessive JNDI lookups for "java:comp/UserTransation"

the status of JBSEAM-3519 <https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBSEAM-3519> is
closed with resolution "Done", but I can't find the patch applied in any
seam release. why?
