Have you got the jnlp file? If so you can launch it by running 'javaws play.jnlp'. If that's not the problem I'm not sure what to suggest - when I currently play it (in Fedora 13) I get really choppy audio but I'm thinking it is more to do with the crappy internet connection I have currently.
