Additionally, we discussed the use of Maven central, and all agreed that we
should switch to just using the JBoss Repository for now. We will reconsider
using Maven central in the future.
I recently came to the same conclusion. The JBoss Repository is now a
superset of central (so unlike before, it's not deficient in that regard)
and honestly, it provides a much better experience for anyone using JBoss
Community projects. But the key point is that we don't have to put our
community on hold trying to get a library outside of our control into
central.
So +1
