Many of the bugs you are reporting are due to bugs in the Glassfish/Weld 1.1.0 integration, and have been worked around in Weld trunk. Until Weld 1.1.1 has been released, you need to update the Weld implementation in Glassfish to use a recent snapshot. The good news, is that this is very painless to do.
