I will have logic finished today that adds procedure loop/block labels, the leave statement, and begin [[not] atomic] block transaction handling. Pushing that in as well as the GSSAPI changes would be quite a lot.

We need to make an assessment of delaying 7.5, pushing features to 8.0, or starting a 7.6.

Since none of this work should conflict directly with 8.0 development. I think that the most appropriate thing could be to convert trunk to 7.6 but then only proceed with a release if 8.0 will be delayed past November.
