Consuming a remote EJB from JBoss ESB

Hi all, I have been working with JBoss ESB for a few weeks now and I must
be missing something. I cannot find any basic step by step tutorials for
various basic ESB functionality. Yes I am fully aware of the examples, but
there is very little back ground info provided with said examples. I have
got 90% of what I want working, but I still lack the deep internal
knowledge I would get from competitive product ESB tutorials etc. Can
anyone point me to a full step by step example of what is where and why.
For example how do I consume a Session Bean on a remote server from my ESB
server?
