BTW, that quickstart requires EJB3... so it has to deploy to the AS.
Copy the base_build.xml from the webservice_war1 quickstart. It has a
target in their called "assert_ws_available"... copy that and do the
same for checking for ejb3.
Burr has given the go-ahead for a single centralised build.xml, which
all Quickstarts can import.
