It seems like a problem with your zip. I'm looking in your build directory, and I see jbpm.esb, but I don't see it your zip file : http://dev45.qa.atl.jboss.com:8585/hudson/job/jboss-esb-distribution/ws/p... The ant "artifacts" target will zip up both esb and esb-server the way they are shipped and it places the zips in the product/build directory.
