[Design the new POJO MicroContainer] - ".folderName" leads to IllegalArgumentException

I've got a failing case on my Hudson: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal token in path: /home/deployer/.hudson/jobs/AS_TestSuite_Smoke_Tests/workspace/trunk/build/output/jboss-5.0.0.GA/lib/jboss-deployers-core-spi.jar/ ...due to the ".hudson" directory. Carlo points out failing test cases in VFS: [url]http://wolf.nerdnet.nl:8280/hudson/job/JBoss_VFS/org.jboss$jboss-vfs/9/testReport/org.jboss.test.virtual.test/LRUCacheTestCase/testCache/[/ur]. By reverting http://fisheye.jboss.org/viewrep/JBossAS/trunk/server/src/etc/conf/defaul... [Design of Embedded JBoss] - JBossAS Changes to Enable Embedded

The general direction I'm taking is that components like a startup/bootstrap of the environment should be generic and extensible, with AS providing its own hooks while Embedded AS and EJB 3.1 Embeddable may do the same. This is a separate implementation from the "embedded" module of AS, though the aims are congruent. Existing facilities such as runtime building of virtual JARs for deployment, etc, will be later analysed and likely pushed over to VFS or an extension thereof. [Design of POJO Server] - A Resuable

Previously, "bootstrap" depended on a few classes in "main" - Server, ServerConfig, ServerConfigUtil, Version. The idea is that "main" is a standalone implementation of a launcher for AS, and all launchers will require a bootstrap. A side effect is that I had to put some classes from bootstrap into main's run.jar.
