Hi Nicola. Please take this to the user list. This is strictly for rules
development and design discussions.
There would be an app server specific switch to grant permission for the
rule engine to do that.
I think in 3.2 when it comes out we will have a mode where no classloaders
need to be created, but for the forseeable future, this is a requirement for
libraries like this.
As the user list and others may have some advice.
