[rules-dev] Branch date 5.2.0.M2: next monday morning (15-APR)
We 'll be branching 5.2.0.M2 Monday morning (GMT 8:00).
Note that we 'll probably branch CR1 soon after that, possibly branched
from master again,
so wait a big longer with adding experimental stuff to master.
