Yes, I confirm the page is now correct.
Whilst referencing "irc.codehaus.org" it does not purport to suggest it is
available over HTTP.
The online web-client has also been changed to mibbit - thanks ge0ffrey.

Geoffrey upated it to reference mebbit in the list of possible clients,
this provides web access.

http://webchat.freenode.net/ that we could use instead, but it
just directs users to connect to
irc.freenode.net.
If anybody (Mark?) knows whether option (a) or (b) applies I'm happy to
follow up.......
