IIRC, absolute beginners' question aren't making the list inhomogeneous. (Poor netiquette is not necessarily a Drools beginner's symptom.) I think that separating vertically (planner, guvnor/workbench, expert+fusion) is the way to go. This is also (roughly) the way (most) Qs are answered: by Geoffrey, Michael, and others.
