yeah would require a little work to get webdav exposed right/safely for
this, but can be done.
Maybe something useful for eclipse integration, but webdav is a fickle beast
to get right, and usually the clients are buggy and half support all the
operations.
Something for 4.1 I think.

repository webservices for this integration and of course, to embed a
BRMS-client API into eclipse plugin.
