Are we clear to go through and update for code styles?
Should those changes only go into truck, or are we going to attempt to merge
the changes from 2.0 branch?

It really looks like a brand new document ;)
I tested out the code highlighting too - thats awesome. A little tedious
to go back and put it in - but awesome.
