This may be a good idea for the recipients too. That way people could
implement an EmailContact interface on their existing User entity...

Should EmailAttachment perhaps be an interface? Encouraging again the idea
that email attachments can come from anywhere as long as the data can be
properly read and streamed into the Message itself? (Considered using
InputStreams instead of byte[] arrays?)
