[Design of JBoss Serialization] - resolveClass and annotateClass

I am currently looking at JBoss Serialization as a way to improve our performance with regards to serialization. However currently we store information about the classloader by overriding the annotateClass method. And retrieving that information using the resolveClass where we can ensure the correct class loader is used. However I have noticed that the JBoss serialization does not make the calls to annotateClass so we cannot store the information about the class loader. Do you have any ideas how to solve this problem? or will a future version of JBoss serialization make calls to the annotateClass method? [Design of JBoss Portal] - Can an Object be passed in the event for Inter Portlet Commu

Hi, I have tried the IPC sample available and it works fine. In this case we are passing the value of colur and text(Strings) in the form submission. This should be fixed with the 2.x remoting code base. [Design of JBoss Portal] - IPC with three portlets on a single page

Hi, I have tried out the sample for the IPC.It works fine. I would like to have three portlets say PortletA PortletB PortletC on the same portlet page. I would like to achieve IPC between these portlets. As per the reference document JBoss Portal IPC enables a one-to-one relationship between portlets Attempting to affect behaviour of more than one portlet per action (Portlet A affecting PortletB and portletC) is not possible. Can I try IPC between Portlet A and PortletB(One to one communication) PortletB and PortletC (One to one communication) Does JBoss portal support this kind of IPC(Event based)? If yes please let me know how is that acheived? Logically, if a message hasn't been acknowleged, it didn't leave the queue yet. It cannot be delivered to any other receiver, but it's still in the queue. I found logical that browsing would return these messages as well. However, I don't feel strongly about this issue, so as long it doesn't contradict the spec, implement it in the simplest possible fashion. Ultimately, we can have a configuration option that would say what kind of browsing the user wants ... I can look in some more, but I'm really no xsd expert. And my introduction to XB was with 'home written' MC schema - and not binding Java model from existing schema, as it is used here. This line does not indicate if it refers to the input or output messages? Unless they are different namespaces or the same element is referenced it is not possible for both to be named after the operation. Or is it sufficient for the name of the element to contain or start with the name of the operation?
