Property bound to an attribute must be of a type that XB knows how to (un)marshal from/to a simple value, e.g. a primitive type (or a wrapper) or String. @XmlAttribute(name = "search") | public void setSearch(SearchInfo search) Is none of that. I applied JBXB-125 to appropriate metadata, but since this is an api change (moved the classes), this will only be available in Kernel 2.2.x. to use webservices and esb you must download the whole jboss app server and then install the ESB part into it via ant scripts...see the manual included with esb. the esb server you downloaded is just for testing purpose of esb itself and doesnt contain all libs needed for webservices (which are included in jboss AS). [Design of JBoss ESB] - JBOSS ESB WEBSERVICE DEPLOY

HI there all.. I am very new to the whole jboss esb thing..(I simply downloaded jbossesb-server zip file and unzipped it on my pc ) I am trying to implement a simple webservice on the esb and have used the webservice_producer sample code as given in the jbossesb-server download.(Have put this project in my eclipse as a dynamic web project) and then exported the war file to server/default/deploy directory. I am also confused at to what the url http://localhost:8080/contract means. I have just copied the jbossesb-server to my directory.I have succesfully implemented a customlistener with the jbossesb-server install..
