Yeah, ideally everyone should have a forked repo on github and obviously
a local clone of the forked repo... it does not mean you can only send
PRs... but it means, you can safely send PRs and share code with other
developers without having to push code to the blessed repo if you don't
want to. (I know Geoffrey knows this, so just sharing with the larger
community).
