Second thought on the URL. Please use the following. I'll upload
theDrools stuff under the Dools section. This way, I'll be able to
update the files and users will be able to obtain the latest releases.

I'll than probably localize the JBoss tools to Japanese first and
later internationalize based on the localized version so I'll be able
to know what needs to be put in the property file.
