I've removed this dependency from the build for the time being, after
I get the remoting docs sorted out I'll re-enable it.

Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

-Dpackaging=zip -Dfile=/path/to/file
Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file there:
mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.jboss.seam.remoting
