The working plan is to keep the odata4j based implementation until the olingo
implementation supersedes it and is stable.

Hello all,
The branching of Teiid 8.8.x will happen shortly, so that we can begin 8.9
work on master. We'll want to begin the Olingo integration as soon as
possible. Do we want that to be done in a separate branch or since we'll
initially be in a tech preview should we just leave it in the main line?
