So we're all on the same page with removing the resteasy patch and providing
instructions for upgrading resteasy for the community release.
Also as far as I can see master/8.4.x are in synch.

Actually I was thinking change only for 8.4.1 and keep community same

long as we keep it on EAP 6.1 Alpha. We also can say download new
version of RestEasy, instead we providing a patch.
Also, I made couple checkin in master, will you grab those changes for
CR2? or should merge them in 8.4.x?
