Hey Antoine, Weld Logger is the logging implementation provided in Weld, and should only really used by weld itself as far as I know. JBoss logging is implementation agnostic logging framework and should always be preferred, as it allows end-developers to plug in whatever logging framework they like. It can also be included in JBoss AS without any conflicts, as well as GlassFish or Tomcat, etc...
