Well there's certainly no point looking at the
JBINSTALL JIRA...
The only release date I see is 1.3.1.RC1 with a release data of Dec 06 (!)
Actually I don't even see a 1.2.1.RC3 release at all in JIRA.
Does this bear any relation to reality?
