Fresh 1.0.0.Alpha1 - CLI for JBossAS

I'm proud to present the initial version of Fresh, CLI for JBossAS.
This is definitely not the only CLI developed under our roof,
(http://management-platform.blogspot.com/2009/04/managing-resources-that-h...)
(http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/branches/Branch_5_x/adminclient/)
but it brings a ton of interesting stuff developed by the people who
donated it,
my friends from Parsek company, Tomaz Cerar and Marko Strukelj (yes, the
one who's responsible for vfszip :-)).

Basically the idea is to drop in the jboss-fresh.jar into deploy/
and then connect to it via ssh, port 2022.
Currently there is no user/pass, simply press Enter.
Fresh is installed On_Demand, only ssh server deamon is fully installed
at the beginning,
the rest kicks in when you first connect (thanks Bela for the tip).
Marko and Tomaz already have plans to make this even better,
and I'll be there to help with some fancy MC tricks. :-)

AS Build Merge build.xml with build-dist.xml

The as build 5_x and trunk currently use two main ant build scripts for the
distribution build. These are "build.xml" and "build-dist.xml". If I merge
these two files I can remove ~300 lines of xml that just pass control from one
file to the other. Since "build-dist.xml" cannot be used independently, I don't
see a reason to keep them separate.
Is there any reason to keep these two files separate? I plan to change this in
trunk today or early next week, but for the 5_x branch, I will wait until after
the release.

throws Throwable

What's the use case for having a public method: doSomething(Object
someArgs...) throws Throwable ?
Most of the time the user of such a facility will do:
catch(Throwable t)
{
throw new RuntimeException(t);
}
This leads to interesting situations whenever an ThreadDeath or
VirtualMachineError (/OOM) is thrown.
(Note that ThreadDeath should never occur, but that's another story.)
I think it's just laziness on the part of the facilitator to not
properly handle exceptions and that this construct should be abolished.

On demand JCA and JTA for the web-profile

This will be the first real use of the "new" on-demand processing.
The idea is that unless the webapp looks up a user transaction
or transaction synchronization registry (there's a sticking point
there) or the admin deploys a transactional datasource,
then jca and jta won't bootstrap by default.
This won't effect the other configurations since we always provide
a transactional datasource out-of-the-box for jms persistence
and other services reference the transaction manager anyway
so they will always bootstrap.

Running the AS testsuite using IPV6 addresses

I am getting into problems running the AS testsuite using IPV6 addresses. The
problem is in org.jnp.interfaces.NamingContext. Even with the fix JBAS-6390,
lots of tests are failing since they ignore node0.jndi.url property and just
assume jnp://$HOST:$PORT syntax.
As far as I understand, it would be required to either:
a) add support for standard IPV6 url in the form of: jnp://[$IPV6_ADDR]:$PORT
or
b) fix those test cases to use alternate jnp://$HOST@$PORT syntax
Any comments?
