[jboss-dev] JBossAS 4.2.x updates

There were a few combined component updates for JBossAS Branch_4_2:

JBossTS -> 4.2.3.CR2 (arjuna tm now default)
JBossWS -> 1.2.0.CR2
JBossRemoting -> 2.0.0.GA

Another change to be aware of is the rename of conf/log4j.xml to
conf/jboss-log4j.xml (to allow log4j.properties overrides).

If you see any issues with the updates, let them be known.

We could really use some help fixing the jboss-4.2-testsuite-sun-1.5
testsuite, we are at 75% currently.
