Marius is going to merge the weld-integration code into JBoss AS as a module, rather than
sub-project we import. He is going to do this for M4. Seems like a good time to add in
this new scanning stuff.
I would only move the actual necessary integration pieces.
The other Kernel/IoC + Weld integration should be left where it is,
as it's completely optional and still work-in-progress.
