IMO This should remain separate. A project that wants to use this simple
abstraction should not have to pull in the entire jboss spi.
Not really this is a maven build with an assembly.
e.g. The real project is jboss-transaction-spi:5.0.0
but there is an assembly that collects them all together
into jboss-integration:5.0.0
Its upto you which bits you use/need in your project.
JBossAS will use the assembly.
