Windows-related fixes to jbosgi-repository

Hi Thomas,
In relation to AS7-5014 I'm looking at some Windows-related issues with
jbosgi-repository.
I see that AS7 itself is using 1.3.0.CR1 however jbosgi-repository is at
2.0.0. Can we move jbosgi-repository in AS7 up to 2.0.0 or should I
create a fixes branch off 1.3.0.CR1 to contain 1.3.0.CR2?
