[teiid-dev] removal of teiid-client-jdbc

Hello all, To simplify our modules we will collapse teiid-client-jdbc into teiid-client. Client is already required in the client jar, contains the adminapi related classes and is isolated from other modules by having a separate common-core. You'll see this change the next time you update your workspaces. Steve
