Ram,
I also noticed that the name in the POM.xml was different from the folder
name. I thought of changing that and moving ahead, but wanted to make sure
that I was not making any mistakes.
Which stream did you check out from the repository? You also mentioned that
you built each dependant module independantly before doing the complete
build. Can you please let me know the steps followed?
Thanks,
Sumanth.

Sumanth,
I'm sorry. The problem is the module names in POM.xml are different from
the project names when source is downloaded. To fix this the module names
in POM.xml should be prefixed with "teiid-". This problem won't be there
when we check out the source from the repository.

Sumanth,
I built each dependent module individually before doing the
complete build. Common Core module is there in the src zip. It is just that
common core was not built.

Subject: [teiid-dev] Teiid Build Error.
Teiid Group,
I downloaded Teiid 6.1 Source (teiid-6.1.0-src.zip) and extracted it to a
folder. Following the instructions specified in:
http://www.jboss.org/community/wiki/EclipseDevEnvironmentSetUpforTeiid, I
imported the project into Eclipse and also performed the step with respect
to *Generating Maven Sources*. I did a build and it gave me errors. I even
tried: *mvn install* from the folder where the source was extracted and
got the same error.
It is looking for a module name *common-core* which does not exist in the
downloaded source zip. Please find the logs attached (Eclipse Log is in *BuildLog.txt
*and the Mvn Install Log is in *MvnInstall.log*). Let me know how to
resolve the problem.
If any other information is required to help in trouble shooting, please
let me know.
Thanks,
Sumanth.
