Clebert is 100% correct. If you're going to post a snapshot, give it a
unique name. It could be the SVN revision, or the date & time, or just a
numeric identifier. Uploading an non-uniquely-named snapshot is just as
bad as retagging.
Doesn't the much-reviled maven even have a built-in named snapshot
generation thing?

I reckon I did a mistake on the retag, but that's something everybody is
doing, since the old build-magic... so this is an old problem even
before maven.
