I believe that xml-apis.jar is still needed on JDK5 because they changed
the serialVersionUID of QName after some minor release of JDK5. i think
since 09.
On the EE 1.4 it's supposed to be 4418622981026545151l, but on JDK5 it's
-9120448754896609940L
