ejb3 is now part of the normal build (default/all configs)
The separate ejb3 build output is gone.

I'm pretty sure of the reason, just to verify: are the 4.2 tests run
both for the "normal" build and the "ejb3" build? I need a way to
determine what build the tests are being run against to fix this one.
