I'm not sure, my recent change just kept it using the default one because that's
what it was before (it wasn't finding the properties file).
Hmmm ... I though we used our own from one point on.
Looks like it got lost in some transition.
Anyway, I need to extract the Quartz usage at one point (asap),
and I'll think about this a bit more then.
Just checking if it was intentional, which answers as no. :-)
