This hasn't been uploaded yet since it hasn't passed QA. I can push a
6.0.0.M1-SNAPSHOT if it helps.

This was renamed from artifactId jboss-as-build in JBBUILD-568, where I
asked Paul for a "distribution" assembly.
EmbeddedAS will need to depend upon this artifact for release now that
jboss-as-build is gone.
