I just did an update and retried e.g. smoke-tests-raw but the error doesn't show up
locally.
I can see it on hudson though:

Hudson is showing the same errors, it does a clean checkout and build.
I always
rm -rf thirdpartry; svn update thirdparty
when somebody changes component-matrix anyway.
