We will be moving the osgi stuff to a separate profile. This has the
benefit of not affecting standard boot time while creating an
environment where only bits are available that truely integrate with
OSGi. i.e. RESTeasy would show up in the osgi profile when a bundle can
use a potential RESTService to setup REST endpoints on the HttpService ;-)
