[jboss-dev] JBAS-6539 - Split out JBossMX into seperate project

As described here, I've split out JBossMX into a seperate project: http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&p=4212343#... There's still some tidyup work to do (besides other issues): https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBMX/fixforversion/12313284 Most of the uses in JBossAS appear to be the MBeanServerLocator. This should probably be moved to the integration project?
