When this happens, you just need to add the appropriate exclusion. So in the
webbeans dependency add something like this:

<exclusion>
<groupId>javax.xml.bind</groupId>
<artifactId>jaxb-api</artifactId>
</exclusion>
<exclusion>
<groupId>javax.xml.stream</groupId>
<artifactId>stax-api</artifactId>
</exclusion>
</exclusions>
