After a lengthy discussion with community members in the forums and later in person at JBossWorld, it was decided to do another JBoss AS 6.1.0 release[1]. Remaining committed to that decision, I've updated the Executive Summary[2] with the following dates: Component Code Freeze: [this] Friday, July 25 Target Release Date: August 12 Issues identified for the 6.1.0 release[3] but not Resolved by Friday will be Closed.
