What I did was to start with an empty workspace, and then checkout use File->Import->Checkout Projects from SVN - Create a new repository location - use https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/trunk/ - In the "Select the folder to be checked out from SVN" dialog, select the jbossas module to import. This does lead to a fragment collection of project that you can't perform bulk ops on though. I think a better way is to do what Max described in terms of checking out the full collection of modules using https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/trunk/ and then importing the projects.
