Johnathon is adding the
javax.transaction.TransactionSynchronizationRegistry support to JBossTS,
and this needs to be bound under the deployment component's env at
java:comp/TransactionSynchronizationRegistry. Currently the deployers
handle the component enc, so we need to add another link to the global
binding JBossTS creates.
