Hi,
Why do the run scripts check for tool.jar?
What still needs it? (Tomcat uses the JDT Compiler).

No, IIRC someone asked this last summer and I ran the aop tests with the jre
and it was fine

Yes, its obsolete now for tomcat. I don't think javassist
needs javac either. Does it?
