Sorry I've been on the road the whole day.
The schema's target namespace is 'urn:jboss:security-config:5.0'. The
element which is not found is {urn:jboss:security-config}policy.
I guess it's fixed now? jaspi-config.xml now contains the right prefix
mapping.
