Integration of naming deployers failed

The initial runs on Hudson show no success. After a couple of
deployments it goes poof with the following error:

MC 2.2.x update

I just updated AS trunk with a bunch of new MC stuff.
Few issues first:
(a) new logging-service-metadata is required, using my
1.0.0.CR5-SNAPSHOT atm
(b) we now differentiate metadata locations in deployers:

(c) Kernel's lifecycle callbacks are re-written to plain OO
(d) ugly warning at undeploy wrt QualifiersMdrUtil
(e) saw NPE at undeploy from Carlo's naming hack
For (a) I already asked DML to provide a new release.
Wrt (b) some deployers need updating; e.g. JPA, Tld (I fixed this one), ...
If somebody was using AOP's pointcuts with (c), they won't work anymore.
Kabir is looking into (d), at least I hope he is. :-)
Carlo needs to fix (e) -- if not yet fixed.
New stuff:
(a) asynch controller mode in Kernel
(b) separate Classpool project -- soon to follow Reflect on Javassist
(c) deployers sorting opt
(d) annotation plugin matching, less heavy MDR lookup
(e) optimized ScopeKey in MDR
(f) MC+Weld integration; define services using Weld
(g) updated modification synch check -- filtering only known files
(h) CDI type of injection lookup; qualifiers based, etc
(i) MC+OSGi-facade service mix will be available on new api
...
I'm sure some issues will pop-up, so bare with me.

Can I get rid of org.jboss.mq.server.jmx

I'm currently working on the integration of HornetQ on AS6.
There are a few classes on the messaging project, that I will probably
remove everything. I'm going to replace it for something more abstract
as I started a discussion here:

However, I just realized that there are a few org.jboss.mq.server.jmx
classes that are just delegating to JBM 1.4.
I want to get rid of all that. Any objections?
also... There are a couple *MO classes. (ManagedObjectDefinition)
I couldn't find much information about this. Is there a project for
this? Maybe I'm getting old and not being able to google properly, or
it's just a new project or something like that?

running tests against AS trunk

On windows I had to run them with -Djunit.fork=false. Because otherwise
forking fails (supposedly because the command line is too long?) Anybody
else had this problem?

DZone post for latest Byteman blog -- please vote it up

John Mazzitelli has been busy this Christmas developing his RHQ plug-in
for Byteman. He has now made it possible to inspect the state of the
Byteman agent and drive most of it's operation from the RHQ console
window. John has been playing with this as a way to dynamically
instrument JBoss AS with tracing and monitoring code to gather stats on
JDBC operations.
