[jboss-dev] Removal of "bootstrap" module from AS

https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBAS-6171 (Remove "bootstrap" module from AS into its own Project) I've replaced AS trunk's "bootstrap" module with org.jboss.bootstrap:jboss-bootstrap:1.0.0-Alpha-1 in r84858. TestSuite smoke-tests are passing on my server: http://jboss.hudson.alrubinger.com/job/AS_TestSuite_Trunk_Smoke_Tests/101/ ...so we'll see what the JBossQA Hudson yields for the full run. In particular, please take note of any ProfileService tests that may be affected; I had to manually merge stuff into the new project.
